- is our 20th Season of Singing
The
Yeoman Singers are a group of singers local to the
Montford area north of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, (UK) who
enjoying singing a wide variety of repertoire and
perform locally in aid of many charities.
Rehearsals take place at Montford Village Hall or in the
Village Hall at Fitz. Full details can be found on our
Rehearsal Dates page.
Our
current musical director is Keith Havercroft, pictured
right. He has broad musical interests and tastes and
continues to work with the choir to support their policy
of variety, access to all and fun, whilst also aiming to
achieve as high a standard as is possible.
In recent seasons varied music has been sung and
performed in public, in doing so raising many hundreds
of pounds over the years for local and national
charities. See
